San Diego!!!

So California has been interesting! It is nice to be in the land of sun and working on my tan though. I haven't found any volleyball yet so life could certianly could be better, but at least I live only 15 minutes from Alicia! She has been one of my best friends for almost a decade now! Anyway I haven't got internet at my house yet, but whenI do I will post more often!

Doing my Part

So apparently there has been a massive Squirrel uprising in the Howe, area here in eastern Idaho. I, as a concerned citizen and proud member of the state of Idaho, volunteered to do my part to protect the land. So with that in mind, a good buddy of mine Jeff Evans and I, Donated some of our time to the eradication of said vermin.

This Squirrel Took 5-6 shots to bring down. Which could be a testament to how tough he was or what a poor shot I am. Either way, in the end I won, which is what is most important to remember.

Anyway we had a good time out in the middle of no where and eradicated many of the vermin. Jeff probably got 4-5 times as many as I did, but he graciously stopped keeping track to make me feel better.

Trip to Burley/Twin Falls

So Most of you know I am leaving for the summer and headed to California to work! I am actually really looking forward to it. I think a change of pace and some new scenery will be great for me!

Before I left I really wanted to get over and see my gandparents and fortunately one of my good friends Brittany made the trip with me! Grandma and Grandpa were great! Grandpa of course made pancakes and Grandma made me some eggs. Too bad I can only eat as much as an 8 yr old!

We were supposed to go golfing the next day but it was rainy, and some undisclosed people were unwilling to rough it!

We did get som fun pictues with the grandparents though! It took several attempts due to the short timer on the camera but Brittany was quite entertaining running back and forth. This was probably the best one.

Then we drove down to Twin Falls To see Dad, Teresea and the Boys! We were only there for a few hours but we got to go to Shoshone Falls and take a few pictures! it was realy quite impressive.

Here is a picture of Dallen and I.

This is a picture of me and some old rich, short, nice, bridge donating guy from Twin Falls

Afterwards we went out for some fine dining (sarcasm added for those that don't know me) at IHOP. Then headed back to grab my car and head out of town. We did get a quick picture with the Twin Falls Fam.

Oh and I almost forgot! before we left Brittany tore a phone book in half! I think being around me really inspires people to do great things!

That night we went to Lava hot springs and met up with Brian and Kaity. Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures taken because "I" am not quite comfortable with having my picture taken in my swimsuit just yet!
Anyway it was a fun trip and really good to see the family! I can't wait to see everyone else at the blessings and family reunion this year!

Utah, again.

Last Saturday Brian and I took another quick trip down to Utah.
Anne, Dan, and Beckett are moving clear across the county,
and I wanted to go down and see them before they left.
Well, that's a lie. I really wanted to just see Beckett.
He really is going to miss his favorite uncle.
But I'm looking forward to getting back there to visit sometime.

Kai and the lovely Judith
Just ripping a phone book in half. No big deal.
We also went down to watch the Jazz play the Lakers.
Beav (Brent) hooked us up with some tickets.

This picture turned out pretty blurry, but the empty seat
between Brian and I was suppose to be filled by Brittany.
She totally bailed on us.
(But if you ask her, she wasn't invited because of a particular incident!)
It's a good thing that she is pretty good looking,
because I'm not sure we could forgive her otherwise :)
Here is a pic from where we were sitting.
Not the best seats, but we had a good time!
